Ingredients
Cook the banana and elephant foot yam along with 2 cup water, salt, chilli powder, and turmeric powder. Grind the coconut along with cumin seeds, pepper and water to a smooth paste. Mix it with the cooked stuff. Stir well. Heat it for sometime. Heat the coconut oil in a pan.Put the mustard seeds & dried chilli pieces and wait till it bursts. Put the grated coconut into it and fry it until the coconut turns brown. Pour this into the cooked items. Garnish it with curry leaves.
- 1 cup square pieces of raw banana
